Hmmm... a bit of guesswork:
The ears are a dead give-away in terms of racial background, while bright and clean clothing strongly suggests she's well off materially.
The forearm protectors would not be of much use in anything but brawling and the other leather accessories tell me that it's all about brawling in style.
The last hint is this obvious showfighter tying her laces too tightly - this can only mean she's a successful competitor in the Sexy Valkyries weekly show, immensely popular in the major elven city of Calinaris (since such a corset would not be supposed to survive the fight).
